Apple Sues Samsung for being Copycat

Wow! World of big-time action, it’s just about the biggest. Wall Street Journal reported that Apple has sued Samsung Electronics copying the look of the iPad tablet and the iPhone smartphone. This refers to the Samsung 4G S Galaxy, more than a passing resemblance to the iPhone 3G, 3G, and somewhat less obvious Epic 4G, Galaxy and S Nexus tab (probably older 7-inch model, because newer is not yet) devices. Requirement of intellectual property rights are formulated as follows:

“Rather than innovate and develop its own technology and a unique Samsung style for its smart phone products and computer tablets, Samsung chose to copy Apple’s technology, user interface and innovative style in these infringing products.”

a lawsuit is filed in Northern District of California on Friday and against Samsung will pay
damages (actual and punitive) and states that the infringement was willful. Lest we forget, the outcome is likely to communicate effectively to the actual words, so that the probability that this is just another round of handshaking and reluctance to carry out the licensing money to continue in another direction, but such legal battles continue, it’s fun to see the big dogs bark to each other .

Another aspect of this process, which should not be forgotten that, before the software they run IOS vs. Android (again). When Apple Samsung supplies the user interface claims it is perceived Android is an imitation of the iPhone interface as what improvements Samsung TouchWiz has slammed talk. And hey, if you’re going to challenge Google’s indirect, you can not find the big players like the Samsung out of court, it’s just not fair.
