We have not yet received word on this matter, but the AllThingsDigital today reported that Apple’s next big media event will held on October 4, it is expected that fresh CEO, Tim Cook will reveal iPhone 5. Sources close to the situation say Cook is the main presenter of the event, with Phil Schiller, Scott Forstallee and Eddy Cue to play supporting roles. This would be the first time that Cook actually carrying out the Apple event, which will create more wrinkles on the importance of the long-awaited occasion. Sources went on to say that the next generation iPhone will be on sale within “a few weeks” of the announcement, even the AllThingsDigital acknowledges that the disclosure of the exact date can yet be changed.
