Samsung Galaxy S2 Sold More Than 5 Million Units

Samsung Galaxy S, which was published last year, was the most popular Android smartphone in 2010. Its successor, the Samsung Galaxy S2, seems to be doing better. Samsung Galaxy S2 already had sold More than 3 million units in just 55 days. This was a huge milestone, and it make the Samsung Galaxy S2 best ever Android smartphone ever.

According to Yonhap News Agency report, Samsung has announced that they have more than 5 million copies sold to the Samsung Galaxy S2. It was less than three months ago, they premiered Samsung Galaxy S2, and it has not even been introduced in many key markets, such as the U.S. continues.

Galaxy S 2 is the best Android smartphone yet, and comes with a 4.3-inch display SuperAMOLED Plus display. It is an 8-megapixel camera and a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 1 GB of RAM and operated. It works in the Android Gingerbread 2.3.4, the latest version of the Android OS.

It is expected it will be introduced in United States during next month i.e. August. That should boost sales significantly, because the demand was extremely high in almost all areas where is available.

We expect that total to rise to 10 million at the end of September.
