Apple sues Amazon for App Store trademark infringement

You had to know this came from. Apple, which has been in the heat of battle for Microsoft’s “App Store” launched to protect trademarks, has filed suit against Amazon for his “misuse” of the same. Amazon Android Appstore has apparently deliberately pulled together a word to distinguish the name, but this difference is not Apple, which has asked the California court to prevent Amazon paragraph use the nickname, and does not require compensation specified.
